SXILL Founder leads Indian AVGC Delegation to ACE Fair Korea
SXILL (School of Experience Illusion and Life Learnings) founder. Vineet Raj Kapoor lead the Indian AVGC Delegation to ACE Fair Korea again this year. After a gap of 3 years the Indian AVGC Delegation is back at ACE Fair at Gwangju Korea. The last delegation in 2019 saw Lakshya Digital, Y-Gaming, Virtualsoft etc. studio being part of the delegation.
This time we have Lalita Deopa and Jyoti Rautela from Prismart and Gyan Era, Deepak Jadhav from Funsaga, Ashish Thapar from Hi-Tech Entertainment, Kumar Sundereshan and Senthil Kumar from AP International, Adita Jain from in10Media, Vineet Raj Kapoor and Parminder Singh from Virtualsoft, Vishal from Aeroplay and Ankur Bhasin from Encore Films in the Delegation. Like all the past year Virtualsoft took lead and putting together the Indian AVGC Delegation. The meetings as always are pre-fixed with the mutual consent of the exhibitors and buyers and carried on with clockwork precision with 30 minutes to each meeting done at either the business lounge or at the exhibitors booth. Vineet Raj Kapoor (Indian IDT Expert Worldskills, and Founder SXILL School of Design and Animation) the Indian Contingent Coordinator and Leader shared, “I have been coming to ACE Fair for a pretty long time, and as always it has been a great event as well as great cultural experience everytime. The organizers have always packed in surprised in the city tour. All hats off to the Gwangju Government who has always backed the event with complete backing including funding the stay and trips of the exhibitors and buyers. This has allowed to event to become an important event in the international circuit. Due to covid situation this time a smaller indian delegation is going. We are expecting around 20 delegates or more next year.”
Parminder Singh managing the Indian Contingent alongside Vineet Raj Kapoor this time. He mentioned, “The event ran for 4 days from 22-25 September 2022 with the B2B section taking place on 22-23 September 2022. There are 318 booths from 30 countries. The marketplace covers Broadcast, Animation, Digital Content, (Gaming, AR, VR etc).”
Bikramjit Singh, Manager, Virtualsoft Technologies, which is the approved Indian Agency by ACE Fair Korea, shared details of the event, “ACE Fair is hosted by Ministry of Sports, Culture and Tourism, Gwangju Metropolitan City at the Kimdaejung Convention Center. It is organised jointly by Kimdaejung Convention Center, Gwangju Information and Culture Industry Promotion Agency (GICTPA), Korean Cable Television and Telecommunications Association (KCT), Gwangju Institute of Design Promotion (GIDP), Korean Trade Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA)”
