Bad news – the estimates below do not account for that since at the moment of going into press, I do not have the number of seats available at IIIT Delhi (Indraprastha, not IIT)
For us to estimate the cut off marks, we must guess the topper’s score.
One way is to see how much marks the last year’s students (who are already studying at IITB, IITG or IIITDMJ) scored this year. SO my that, it seems that some of them scored about 60-75 marks more (although there are some who scored just about 35-40 higher). Now attribute that 15-20 marks came from studying design for a year. So this year, the marks should be about 50-65 higher than last year.
Here are my UCEED 2017 cut off marks estimates
Assuming that the highest marks are about 180-190,

IITG – 142-146

IIITDMJ – 130-135
However, the picture changes if the topper’s score is about 200-210 like in 2015. In that case
- IITB cut off may be about 170-175
- IITG cut off may be about 150-155
- IIITDMJ cut off may be about 135-145
I wish I would know a few more scores, but right now the scores I have are 192, 171, 168, 158, 155, 155, 148, 142, 142, 141, 137, 136, 136, 134, 134, 133, 132, 130, 128, 127, 126, 125,125, etc. Please let me know your score, if it is higher than 150, since it’d help me to make a better guess.
