NITTTR (National Institute for Technical Teachers Training and Research) at Chandigarh had requested Arena Chandigarh Sector 17 to deliver lectures on “Flash Animation and Scripting” to a delegation of technical teachers from across all states of India who had come to chandigarh to attend this lecture.
