Seminar - Time Management - Magdaleena Internation HR Professional from PolandShe is Magdaleena, from Poland. We call her Magda. She is a well qualified trainer with prior work experience. She graduated her Master degree this year at Wroclaw University of Economics. Her specialization was Human Resources Management. She has half a year of experience in Human Resources Department of international company. She is having an experience of conducting international motivating events. She is currently in India for interpersonal workshops at Arena Chandigarh which help in developing the student’s soft skills. She presented the seminar-workshop on “Time Management” today.

The First Placement Workshop in 2009 for 2008 Batches was held today. The Studio was brimming with students, who thoroughly enjoyed their interaction with Magda and picked up new tips on managing their time. They learnt to identify the “time-eaters” in their daily time schedules and then learnt methods to counter and manage those time eaters. They also learn how to channelize their maximum time to their prioritized activities. For e.g. an animator’s priority  should be to learn the animation theory or seeing old classic animation movies, and he or she should devote more time to this, and this time can only come from removing some of the Time -Eaters say like Paying PC Games and gossiping.

They also engaged in the self-learning exercises conducted by Magda. In one of the exercise, they learned to communicate through symbols and gestures.  It added a lot of fun to a saturday evening!Seminar - Time Management - Magdaleena Internation HR Professional from Poland
